I've always wanted to make an unusual sauce for meat. I came across this recipe by chance, onions stewed in sour cream. I decided to try it from one onion, in case I didn’t like it. I chopped the onion, fried it in vegetable oil, added sour cream, salt, paprika and a mixture of peppers. Added water and simmered. My fears were in vain, it turned out very tasty! It’s also convenient because such onions are not only a sauce, but also a spread on bread! Thickness can be controlled with more or less water.
