STEP 1
How to cook onion soup for weight loss? Prepare the indicated products. Take the container in which you will cook the soup.
STEP 2
Peel the white cabbage from the top dirty leaves and finely chop it with a knife. Place in a saucepan prepared for soup.
STEP 3
Peel the carrots and onions, rinse, dry and finely chop. The cutting method depends on your preferences, I cut the onion into half rings and the carrots into strips. Add them to the cabbage in the pan.
STEP 4
Wash the peppers and tomatoes, remove the stems and seeds from the peppers, and chop finely. Add to previously prepared products.
STEP 5
Cut the washed and dried celery into cubes or cubes and add to the pan with the vegetables.
STEP 6
Pour water over the prepared vegetables and place over medium heat. It is better to take purified water, as tap water can impart an unpleasant aftertaste to the finished dish. Cook the onion soup over medium heat, uncovered, until all the vegetables are softened. When the water boils, you can add it to the desired consistency of the soup.
STEP 7
Serve the finished soup hot. When serving, sprinkle it with any chopped fresh herbs. You can add a little salt to the soup.
