Today I made onion soup for weight loss for dinner. This is exactly what you need after a hearty feast. This soup contains only vegetables with the exception of potatoes. Celery, of course, is a very useful crop, but its smell is too specific. That's why I didn't use it. The only spices are a little black pepper and a pinch of salt. The soup cooks very easily and quickly; no additional frying is needed. Despite its lightness, the soup turned out to be delicious! Reminiscent of cabbage soup, only without meat. I will definitely take note of the recipe and experiment with other dietary vegetables.
