I made fish salad using this recipe. I boiled potatoes, carrots and eggs in advance. Cooled and cleaned. I grated all the ingredients using a large hole grater. I mashed the sprats in oil with a fork, leaving a few for decoration. I didn’t use dill due to lack of fresh ones. I also added onions to the salad. I laid everything out in layers using a cut plastic bottle with a diameter of 9 cm. I poured a little sprat oil over the potato layer so that it would not be dry. Each layer was smeared with 67% mayonnaise. Made two good servings. The salad sat in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Very beautiful and appetizing. The Ocean salad with sprats is simply magnificent. It is very tender, juicy, aromatic and tasty. There is a smoked taste, which is very appetizing. All ingredients complement each other perfectly. Today I decided to make Ocean salad with sprats. The recipe for this salad is very simple and quick, the main thing is to boil the eggs and vegetables. I boiled 3 eggs so I could use half of one to make a decoration. I grated carrots, potatoes and eggs on a coarse grater, this way, in my opinion, the vegetables give less juice and the salad does not turn out too watery. I placed the salad in a cooking ring with a diameter of 16 centimeters. I did not make a layer with dill. Decorated with half an egg, parsley leaves and caviar. I put it in the refrigerator for several hours so that the layers were better saturated. The salad turned out delicious and tender. All ingredients combine very harmoniously. My family and I liked it. Ate it in one go. Thanks to the author for the new recipe in my piggy bank.
