  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make PP cookies from oatmeal? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can take any dried fruits you wish (dried apricots, prunes, figs), as well as dried berries (cranberries, cherries). Or make a mix. If you want to reduce the calorie content of cookies, take only the whites of 4-5 large eggs.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Measure out 50 grams of oatmeal (half the total amount) and use a coffee grinder to grind it into flour. Leave the remaining 50 grams of rolled oats. They will need to be added unground. At the end of the recipe there is an article with useful information about oatmeal.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Combine oatmeal with cinnamon and baking powder and sift. This will enrich the flour with oxygen and the finished cookies will be less dense.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Rinse the raisins thoroughly and dry well.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Chop the walnuts with a knife. Choose the degree of grinding as desired. You can leave larger pieces, or you can even crush them. I chopped the nuts very finely.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

In a suitable sized bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. No special pomp is required here, so you can use a fork or whisk.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add raisins and chopped walnuts to the beaten eggs. Stir.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Add oatmeal with baking powder and cinnamon and rolled oats. Mix well.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

The dough turns out quite viscous. Leave the dough, covered with a towel on top, for 40 minutes to soften the oatmeal.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

The dough will become thicker and now you can easily form cookies from it.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Using a damp spoon, place cookies no more than 1 cm thick onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Bake oatmeal cookies in an oven preheated to 180C for about 15 minutes. The cookies will not have any visible browning, so check for doneness with a wooden splinter. If it comes out of the cookie dry, it means it's ready. Do not overcook the cookies, otherwise they will turn out too dry. Baking times are approximate, use your technique as a guide. Read more about how ovens work in the article at the end of this recipe.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Cool the finished cookies completely and serve. Bon appetit!

This PP recipe interested me immediately. Firstly, I love oatmeal cookies, but I rarely buy them, since it’s difficult to call store-bought baked goods healthy. And secondly, the recipe does not contain wheat flour or sugar, which is useful. You can eat as much as you want and not worry about your figure! I ground whole oatmeal in a coffee grinder into flour, and also added a couple of tablespoons of coarsely ground oatmeal to the dough for texture. For dried fruits I used raisins and finely chopped dried apricots. But there weren’t any walnuts in the house, so I put shelled peanuts on top of the cookies, both delicious and for decoration. From the specified amount of ingredients I got 8 cookies. Delicious with compote, milk or tea. Thanks to the author for the healthy treats

For me, this is one of the successful recipes for oatmeal cookies made from oatmeal that I have prepared. The cookies have already been made 5 times - everything is fast, excellent composition, tasty, and most importantly - healthy. I cooked it exactly one after the other according to the suggested recipe, but I didn’t add cinnamon - I don’t like its taste. Last time, instead of parchment paper, I put the dough in silicone baking pans. Everything baked perfectly, but it took a little longer. I recommend for cooking)

I made cookies. I added dates and dried cranberries without sugar, everything else was according to the recipe. It turned out to be a very tasty cookie. I didn’t even have time to take a photo - they ate everything clean. I’ve prepared food for a double portion, I’ll cook more, I’ll have time to take a photo.

Very tasty cookies! I had to give up raisins because my son doesn’t eat them. I replaced it with a sweetener. It turned out very tasty.

Great oatmeal cookie recipe! Firstly, it’s good that there is no sugar, and secondly, it’s very cool that you can add anything to your taste (nuts, prunes, dried apricots, dates, etc.))) Tasty and healthy! Next time I'll try adding a little cocoa and it will be chocolate.
