Nut cake with sour cream and kefir

Grease the cake pan with butter and dust with flour or semolina.
STEP 3

Place sugar, salt, soda and liquid ingredients into a bowl: kefir, sour cream, butter and eggs.
STEP 4

Mix all this until the sugar dissolves. Add vanillin.
STEP 5

Chop the nuts. You can chop it with a knife, or in a mixer. But I like to do this with a knife, then you can make nuts of any size.
STEP 6

Sift flour into a bowl with liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly.
STEP 7

The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream. Add nuts and raisins to it and mix thoroughly again.
STEP 8

Pour carefully into the prepared pan and place in the preheated oven. We bake our cake for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
STEP 9

When the cake is baked and well browned, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
STEP 10

Remove the cooled cake from the pan. Place on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
