Use the amount of garlic, herbs and spices to suit your taste. I have dill and black pepper. You don’t have to use butter - then the dish will turn out lean.

    Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running water with a brush - this is important to do, since they are baked unpeeled. Then dry the tubers with paper towels.

    Wash and dry the greens. Tear off the thick branches and finely chop the greens themselves.

    Place the potatoes in a deep bowl. Leave the small ones whole, cut the large ones into slices - in half or into quarters. Add chopped greens to the bowl. Peel the garlic and squeeze it into the potatoes through a press. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl. Melt the butter first and add it to the potatoes. Salt and season with spices. Mix the potatoes well so that the oil and herbs with spices are evenly distributed over them.

    Take a suitable baking dish or baking tray. Cover it with parchment - then the potatoes will not stick and the mold will be easier to clean. Place the potatoes on the paper in one layer. Pour the remaining oil on top.

We love new potatoes very much. I usually boil or fry it. I found on my favorite website how to make new potatoes in the oven and decided to try it. The recipe is amazingly simple. I chose smaller tubers of young potatoes so as not to peel them later) I washed the young potatoes well with a brush and dried them. To the whole new potatoes I added butter melted in the microwave, a little vegetable oil, salt, pepper, parsley in the absence of dill, garlic and potato seasoning. I baked the dish in the oven for 50 minutes. The aroma was magical. The new potatoes were perfectly cooked. It turned out very appetizing and tasty. Absolutely everyone liked the new potatoes with garlic in the oven. It is tender and soft, the skin is perfectly chewable, and it smells... beyond words. I served baked new potatoes with cutlets for dinner, additionally sprinkled with fresh herbs. Well, very tasty! Many thanks to the author 😊
