Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all products.
STEP 2

Sift the flour into a bowl and cut the cold butter. Grind the ingredients into crumbs using a fork.
STEP 3

Divide the egg into yolk and white. Add yolk and salt to the dough, mix.
STEP 4

Add sour cream and knead the dough.
STEP 5

Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 6

Grind the walnuts in a blender.
STEP 7

Add sugar and cardamom, mix.
STEP 8

Pour in the egg white and stir the filling until smooth.
STEP 9

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm and cut into triangles. Place the filling on the edge.
STEP 10

Roll the bagels. Grease the paper with oil and lay out the bagels.
STEP 11

Mutaki are baked in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Place hot bagels on a board and serve warm with tea. Bon appetit!
