Mushroom soup from frozen mushrooms with potatoes
Amazing aroma, bright taste, nutrition and benefits in one dish. In our family, it has always been customary to go for honey mushrooms in the fall, and freeze and dry the collected mushrooms, so that you can prepare mushroom dishes all year round and add them to food (for example, roasts), which are very nutritious and contain a lot of protein. I want to tell you a simple recipe for mushroom soup made from frozen mushrooms, which has already been tested over the years.

I needed to prepare the first thing for tomorrow, so I chose a recipe for mushroom soup made from frozen mushrooms with potatoes. There were frozen porcini mushrooms in the freezer. I made soup with meat broth, I had pork bones, which I cooked for an hour. Then I added chopped potatoes and fried vegetables and mushrooms to the boiling broth. When I fried onions and carrots, I sprinkled them with a small amount of sugar. This made the soup taste brighter. Five minutes before the end of cooking, I beat a raw chicken egg in a bowl and poured it into the soup in a thin stream, adding a bay leaf for flavor (I didn’t add processed cheese to the soup). It turned out delicious! The soup came out very appetizing and aromatic, with a clear broth, soft vegetables and elastic mushrooms. Thank you very much for the recipe!

Wonderful tasty soup, went for mushrooms! I’ll add it to my cookbook now so that if something happens I can find it right away! By the way, the cookbook is a wonderful idea. All the recipes you like can be stored in one place and combined according to the types of dishes. Just cool!!!

Yes, I agree, the soup is excellent. And the aroma is excellent, but the recipe clearly lacks step-by-step photos. We need to do it today!

oh, me too, I’m pleased too...what’s nice to you....in the soup I put the greens directly into the mushrooms, and not on plates, is that okay? My family doesn’t like store-bought greens, but they don’t have any fresh ones yet...

Of course, nothing. It’s up to everyone’s personal taste)
