Here I have found a use for my favorite mushrooms again. It's already hot here and okroshka is just right. But I wanted something special. This recipe came in handy. Only the mushrooms I had were marinated, but this did not spoil the taste of the okroshka, but rather enriched it. Potatoes and carrots on the market are already new, tender and aromatic. The okroshka turned out great. Thanks for the recipe.

What a good option! I love okroshka both in summer and in winter))) It didn’t occur to me to add mushrooms, although there are always some. Thank you, I will definitely use it!
