STEP 1

How to make a “Mushroom Glade” salad with honey mushrooms? Prepare your food. Take pickled honey mushrooms; both store-bought and homemade will do. It is better if they are small in size. Take the breast fillet, chilled. You can also make mayonnaise yourself.
STEP 2

Boil the potatoes. How to cook jacket potatoes? Wash it thoroughly, place it in a saucepan with cold water and cook covered over medium heat until tender, about 25 minutes. Pierce the tubers with a thin knife; if they are pierced well, then the potatoes are ready. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut them into small cubes with a knife or use a special round strainer with square divisions for this.

Boil the chicken fillet. How to cook chicken fillet? Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and place the meat in it. Add salt. Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at a low simmer over low heat. Then cool it and chop it finely.

Boil the eggs. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cut the peeled eggs into small cubes. Cut the cucumber in the same way. Finely chop the washed greens.

I will prepare the salad in portions, in bowls. Place the cucumber in the first layer.

Salad ready. Cool it slightly before serving and serve. For the inverted version, place the layers in reverse order in a deep salad bowl and turn it over onto a flat plate, sprinkle the salad with herbs on the sides and top, imitating grass. Also place mushrooms on top. Bon appetit!
