STEP 1

How to make muffins with cheese? Prepare your food. Take the hard cheese you like, kefir - any fat content, flour - the highest grade. You can immediately turn on the oven at 190 degrees to warm up, because the dough cooks quickly. Wash the raw eggs and dry them with napkins.
STEP 2

Beat the egg into a separate bowl and whisk it together with the salt.
STEP 3

Pour kefir into the beaten egg and mix everything.
STEP 4

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. If you want, you can grate it finely. I personally like it better when there are pieces of cheese in the muffins, but this is a matter of taste. Wash and dry the dill. Then chop it finely.
STEP 5

Add grated cheese and chopped dill to the beaten egg. Mix everything well.
STEP 6

Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the dough in parts. Keep in mind that you may need more or less flour than I used. Focus on the consistency of the dough. Mix all products until smooth.
STEP 7

This is the consistency of the dough. The dough should not be too thick, but not liquid either.
STEP 8

I baked the cupcakes in silicone molds, so I didn’t grease them with anything. If you bake in iron or paper molds, it is better to grease them a little with vegetable oil. Spoon the dough into the molds, fill the molds 2/3 full. Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Everyone's oven bakes differently, so use your own helpers as a guide.
STEP 9

Here are our finished cheese muffins! The aroma in the kitchen is simply amazing! Cool them a little and invite the family for breakfast or afternoon snack. A glass of milk with these cupcakes is simply amazing!

From the specified amount of products I got 12 small muffins. If you cook them in large pans, you will get less.
