By sifting, the flour will be filled with oxygen, which will make the dough more tender and soft, and will also remove unnecessary impurities and debris that may be in this product.     Take a smaller container and combine kefir, chicken egg and vegetable oil in it, mix. There is no need to beat the mass, just mix everything until smooth.

    Add the resulting liquid mass into the bowl with the dry mixture. Using a wooden spoon, stir the mixture with quick movements. You need to knead quickly but carefully so that excess gluten does not form in the dough. There is no need to make the dough smooth, because then the finished muffins will turn out hard.     Place soft paper molds in a mold with round dimples, this will give the muffins their shape. If you use hard paper forms, then you do not need to strengthen them additionally. Place some dough into paper molds. The dough should completely cover the bottom of the molds.

    Make indentations in the center of the dough, you can use a spoon, or you can just use your finger dipped in water. Place jam in the cavity (I used orange).

For tea I baked muffins in paper tins with jam. For this I used cherry plum jam. The dough is made very quickly, especially since you don’t need to knead it until smooth. I filled the molds almost to the top. The muffins rose up nicely. For some, however, the jam escaped to the top. They turned out dense, crispy on the outside and soft, doughy on the inside. The children were delighted!

Simple and understandable, but with a different taste, the jam decorated them a little from the inside, which was only good! And then everyone will decide what to do next, decorate the tops with something, or eat them so natural. The dough is easy and quick to prepare, you can bake it fresh every weekend for breakfast or dinner!
