Moldavian pies with curd filling - very tasty and satisfying! This culinary recipe was told to me by my neighbor, a native of Moldova. I know, VERY TASTY! You can roll out the dough, after dividing it into balls, one by one and grease it with sunflower oil, roll it again, and only after that roll it out for the filling. For filling, the usual egg and green onions are also delicious, and for sweets, grated on a coarse grater raw pumpkin sprinkled with sugar....we ourselves lived in Chisinau for 7 years - platinda, so my favorite dish

Tell me, is there no need to add vegetable oil to the flour when preparing the dough? Just flour and water?
