The dough is really very airy! The mini pizzas turned out very tasty. The only thing is that I added milk to the dough instead of water. The flour turned out to be not much less than 390g, I looked at the dough. And she didn’t add butter to the yeast, but mixed it into the dough itself. From the amount of dough received, we got 12 mini-pizzas. I made the filling according to the recipe, I didn’t get fancy. The only thing I cut into cubes (but my son likes it that way :)) I will make this recipe again!

From the specified amount of ingredients I got 3 pizzas with a diameter of approximately 14 centimeters and 6 smaller pizzas. I took a raw smoked sausage and cut it into small triangles. Added thinly sliced ​​onions. My husband loves pizza with onions. I also decided to add a mesh of mayonnaise for juiciness. I made the mesh using a bag with a sticky edge, I always use them for this, it’s very convenient. Bake in my oven for 15 minutes. The pizza turned out delicious and aromatic! The dough is airy, very soft and tender! We ate almost everything at once, it was impossible to resist. Thanks for the recipe!
