STEP 1

How to make mini yeast pizza in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the tomatoes. Cut the sausage into thin slices. High-grade flour must be sifted through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Heat the water until warm (about 40 degrees).
STEP 2

Take a comfortable, spacious bowl in which you will knead the dough. Pour warm water into it and add dry yeast. Check the water temperature with your hand. If it is comfortable for you, then you can add yeast. If it is too hot, the yeast in it will die and the dough will not turn out.
STEP 3

Add vegetable oil, salt and sugar to the yeast in a bowl. Stir.
STEP 4

Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour. It depends on the quality of the flour itself. Use the amount of flour based on the consistency of the dough. It should not stick to your hands.
STEP 5

Cover the finished dough with a towel and place in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
STEP 6

Turn on the oven to 200 degrees. Divide the dough into parts. This amount makes 10-14 slices depending on the desired pizza size. Place the dough on baking paper and roll each piece into a small circle.
STEP 7

Spread each pizza with a small amount of tomato paste and arrange the sliced sausage.
STEP 8

Cut the pickled cucumbers into circles and place on the pizza.
STEP 9

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place on top of the sausage and cucumbers.
STEP 10

Sprinkle the top of the pizza generously with finely grated cheese. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 20 minutes. Be guided by your oven. You can check the readiness of the dough by simply looking at the bottom of the pizza. It should become rosy and appetizing.
STEP 11

Remove the finished mini-pizza from the oven and enjoy. Bon appetit!
