Tasty, fast, unusual. No one will remain indifferent! Minced schnitzel in a frying pan can successfully replace the classic version made from a whole piece of meat when you don’t have it, but really want it. This requires a little sleight of hand and a little time.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make schnitzel from minced meat in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is advisable to take minced meat from pork and beef in equal proportions. If you use only pork it will turn out a bit fatty. And if you use only beef, the schnitzel will turn out very dry and tough. If you only have beef, be sure to add lard to it for juiciness and softness.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Of course, you can add other spices, but here I only used pepper.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Mix the minced meat thoroughly and start beating it. To do this, collect the minced meat in your palm, lift it above the bowl and throw it back. Repeat this procedure about 20 times. This is necessary so that the minced meat is compacted and saturated with air, because we do not introduce any additional products for the binder.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Divide the minced meat into five equal parts and form flat cutlets.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Now take some plastic wrap and place one patty on the edge. Close it with the other side and knead the cutlet in a circle into a thin, flat schnitzel.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Wash the eggs, break them into a flat bowl and beat with a fork until smooth.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the resulting schnitzel in the beaten eggs and brush the top. It’s better to do this without turning the schnitzel over so that it doesn’t fall apart; after all, we have minced meat. Simply lubricate the top with your fingers or a silicone brush.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Using a wide spatula, transfer the schnitzel to the breadcrumbs and bread both sides. If you want a thick crust, then use finely ground crackers.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Place the frying pan over medium heat, pour in one tablespoon of odorless vegetable oil and heat. Place our schnitzel in heated oil and fry over low heat for 3-5 minutes. How to choose a frying pan and oil for frying, read the separate articles at the end of this recipe.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Turn the schnitzel over and fry the other side for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Do the same with all the prepared blanks. And so that they turn out appetizing every time, after each schnitzel, wipe the pan from burnt breadcrumbs and remaining butter.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Place the finished breaded minced meat schnitzels on plates and serve immediately. They can be served with any side dish, especially delicious with mashed potatoes. Or you can simply serve it with herbs or vegetables, it will also be very tasty.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

    Bon appetit!

I was looking on the website for a recipe for a dish that my granddaughter would like, and I found a wonderful recipe for minced schnitzel in a frying pan. I’ve never cooked schnitzel this way before, but after familiarizing myself with the technology, I realized that the cooking would be quite simple. True, I slightly adjusted the recipe to suit myself. I added fried onions and garlic, eggs, salt and seasoning to the minced meat boiled for 5 minutes (I took ready-made seasoning for meat). I mixed all the ingredients and put them in a frying pan. Simmered covered for 5 minutes. The consistency of the minced schnitzel turned out to be tender, soft, and juicy. The taste was reminiscent of a meat cutlet, but very tender. Thank you very much for the recipe!

I prepared schnitzels from minced pork, to which I added only salt and meat seasoning. She beat the minced meat thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator, and she started preparing the lezon, for which she beat two small eggs with a fork and added a little salt. The minced meat in the refrigerator has become denser and easier to work with. Having formed five small schnitzels from it (I made them not very thin, about 0.4 cm each), I carefully dipped each one into the lezon, breaded it in breadcrumbs, and then put it on a heated frying pan with butter. I fried the minced meat schnitzels in a frying pan for 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy. It turned out very tasty! The family rated it 5! Thank you so much for the recipe!

Thank you. Fast, tasty. Only I added a tablespoon of mayonnaise for juiciness (this is an individual variation).

For breadcrumbs I used Japanese ones called panko. I like their texture and quality better than regular loaf crackers. The recipe itself turned out to be simple, the only thing was that I was unable to transfer the schnitzel from the egg mass into the crackers with a spatula. I even tried to do this manipulation with two spatulas, but alas.. However, I found a way out, I simply carefully took it from below with two palms and transferred it to a plate with breadcrumbs. After frying, the schnitzel turned over easily. In general, the recipe is very interesting, it’s not like cutlets, it’s not like schnitzel) Thanks for such a cool idea!
