I started looking on my favorite website for a recipe for something made from chicken; the children wanted cutlets or meatballs. But I found an even better recipe, minced meat cutlets with potatoes baked in the oven with cheese. There is both meat and side dish together. And most importantly, everything baked means it’s healthy. For the cutlets, I took a chicken breast weighing 600 g, it turned out to be a lot of cutlets. I took a large mold, increased the amount of potatoes and all the cutlets fit perfectly. By the way, I kept the minced meat in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, after which it was easy to form into balls. I poured not only the remaining milk into the mold, but also about 100 ml. added for extra juiciness. I didn’t have cheese, so I baked it without it. Readiness was determined by the softness of the potatoes. The cutlets and potatoes were covered with a crispy golden brown crust on top, and the inside became soft and tender. This is a very tasty and satisfying dish! We all liked it, I’ll take note of the recipe and cook it again. Thanks for the recipe!
