STEP 1

How to make homemade juicy minced beef for dumplings? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use ready-made ground beef or make your own. To do this, take boneless beef. The ideal option would be a cut without veins.
STEP 2

Rinse the meat in running water and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Then cut the meat into pieces, cutting out any veins if any.
STEP 3

Pass the chopped meat through a meat grinder and turn it into minced meat. You can do this again to make the minced meat more tender.
STEP 4

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then chop the onion into pieces and place in the chopper bowl.
STEP 5

Chop the onion until fine and place in a bowl with the minced meat. There is no need to grind the onion to a puree. It just has to be small. You can even chop it very finely with a knife. Peel a couple of cloves of garlic and pass through a press directly into the bowl.
STEP 6

Add a little salt and spices to taste. You can take any spices to suit your taste. I add a mixture of ground peppers. Mix all ingredients.
STEP 7

Add milk little by little and mix it into the minced meat. Milk will give the finished minced meat softness and juiciness. Instead of milk, you can take water.
STEP 8

Knead the minced meat thoroughly and let it stand for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator so that it is saturated with spices. The minced beef filling for dumplings is ready.
STEP 9

You can make homemade dumplings individually by cutting out circles from the dough and filling them with minced meat.
STEP 10

Or you can use a dumpling maker. Dumplings can be frozen or cooked immediately. Have fun cooking!
