Milk noodle soup
A delicious breakfast dish for the whole family. Another very tasty way to prepare everyone’s favorite milk soup. According to this recipe, the noodles are cooked not in 100% milk, but in half-and-half diluted with water. It is better to leave the noodles to swell overnight, but to be honest, it is not always possible to cook the noodles in advance, so I periodically eat them 30 minutes after cooking, but at the same time they are already very tasty and tender.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 30 mins
STEP 1
To prepare a delicious milk noodle soup, let's prepare the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
Mix water and milk together.
STEP 3
Add salt.
STEP 4
Put the sugar and put the pan on the fire.
STEP 5
When the milk and water boil, add the noodles. Bring to a boil again and reduce the gas so that the noodles do not burn. Stirring, cook the noodles for 10 minutes and remove from heat.
STEP 6
Let the noodles brew. It's best to let the noodles sit overnight. And in the morning, start your meal by adding a piece of butter to the plate.

In the family I grew up in, this milk noodle soup was simply called milk noodles, although my mother and grandmother always made it with noodles. Having adopted the experience of generations, I also continue to cook milk noodles with vermicelli. By the way, until now I had never heard of this dish being called soup. When preparing this milk soup, I did not deviate from the recipe and used noodles. I added more sugar - three tablespoons. I cooked the noodles for 15 minutes, and let them sit for another 20 minutes. The milk soup turned out delicious. Although I’m used to cooking it with vermicelli, it turned out to be very appetizing with noodles too. The only thing is, I would put more noodles. The soup seemed watery to me. Otherwise it was an excellent hearty breakfast. Thanks for the recipe!

A very unusual interpretation of milk soup! I scoured all the sites in search of a children's menu, since it is simply impossible to feed my two-year-old daughter anything except pasta) And then I came across this recipe! I prepared the noodles myself: water, egg, flour, salt to taste. Basically the same as for regular broth. But with milk it produces a very special taste. The result is a happy and well-fed child, and my husband and I don’t mind eating something like this! Thanks for the recipe!
