STEP 1

How to very simply and fairly quickly prepare the most delicate milk manna pie with apricots, which will definitely appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with its wonderful taste? First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients for preparing budget-friendly homemade baked goods with seasonal fruits.
STEP 2

To prepare the dough, take a large bowl and pour one hundred and eighty grams of semolina into it, then pour in two hundred and fifty milliliters of milk at room temperature and mix together, then set the bowl aside for fifteen to twenty minutes.
STEP 3

Take a deep bowl and break two chicken eggs into it, then pour a pinch of salt into the bowl, then take a mixer and beat the eggs until smooth, then pour one hundred and eighty grams of sugar into the bowl and continue beating with the mixer until a homogeneous and fluffy white mass is formed.
STEP 4

Place fifty grams of softened butter in a bowl with swollen semolina and mix well.
STEP 5

Pour into a common bowl one hundred and sixty grams of premium wheat flour pre-sifted through a fine sieve, ten grams of baking powder, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar and mix all the ingredients together.

Continue to knead the dough well in the bowl with a spatula until the required consistency is homogeneous.
STEP 7

Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with the dough in small portions in three additions, then, keeping the airiness, very carefully mix it with a spatula until you obtain the required consistency of the homogeneous dough.
STEP 8

Take a suitable baking dish, ours is silicone, and grease it from the inside with twenty grams of softened butter, then sprinkle with twenty grams of semolina.
STEP 9

Place the prepared homogeneous dough from the bowl into the mold and distribute it evenly, then place the mold in an oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees and bake the pie for about fifty minutes until a golden crust forms.
STEP 10

After time has passed, remove the pan from the oven and fill the cake with two hundred and fifty milliliters of milk, then place the pan in the switched off oven for ten minutes.
STEP 11

After ten minutes, remove the prepared manna pie from the oven and release it from the mold, then decorate it on top with chopped apricot slices and pour apricot jam to taste.
STEP 12

Cut the prepared lush manna pie into portions, which are then placed on plates and served.
STEP 13
