I couldn’t plant it using a bag; I stuck it together as best I could. The melt-in-your-mouth shortbread was almost not sweet at all, but I like medium-sweet cookies. If you have a sweet tooth, you need to add more sugar. Delicious cookies for tea or coffee.

Perfect for when you don’t have a huge amount of ingredients at home, but you really want to please yourself with homemade cookies :) And when you have the ingredients, you can make many variations of cookies based on this recipe. The main thing here is to make the dough of the correct consistency and strictly observe the proportions of the ingredients - and the result will be so delicious! Moderately sweet, not cloying.
