    STEP 1

How to make meatballs with gravy and tomato paste in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be chosen from any type of meat. It could be chicken, beef, turkey or, like mine, pork. You can even take mixed minced meat from several types of meat.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Place the prepared minced meat in a spacious bowl and add chopped onion and egg to it. Sprinkle everything with salt and spices to taste. As a spice, you can use ground pepper or dried aromatic herbs. Mix all ingredients well and beat on the bottom of the bowl. Thanks to this, the minced meat will become denser and the finished products will not fall apart during cooking.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

With wet hands, form small balls from the minced meat and roll them in flour.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

In a separate glass, mix tomato paste with water, salt and spices.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the prepared meat balls. Fry them over high heat on all sides until lightly browned.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Then pour the prepared tomato sauce over the meatballs and bring everything to a boil. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer them over low heat for 30 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, you can add a bay leaf to the pan to add flavor.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

While stewing, you can turn the meatballs a couple of times so that they are soaked in tomato sauce more evenly. These meatballs with gravy are perfect for any side dish. Place on plates and serve. Bon appetit!

I prepared meatballs with tomato paste sauce in a frying pan according to this recipe. I took mixed minced meat from different types of meat. Instead of tomato paste I used tomato ketchup. I grated the onion into minced meat on a fine grater. From the spices I added salt and ground coriander. I stirred the minced meat and beat it according to the author’s advice. I made small meatballs. Stir ketchup in water and add salt. I didn’t fry my meatballs too much, since my child loves them too. I stewed the meat balls in tomato sauce for half an hour. It turned out to be a very appetizing frying pan. Everyone liked the meatballs. Both husband and child ate. Served with boiled pasta, topped with yushka. My meatballs are not as rich in color because I didn’t use tomato paste, but they are very juicy, tender, soft and tasty. It's a pleasure to eat! A wonderful dish, today I’ll serve it with boiled buckwheat. The recipe is excellent, I recommend everyone to try it! Many thanks to the author!
