When I get tired of cutlets, I cook meatballs. Very tasty with gravy. You can bake meatballs without sour cream, use only tomato paste.

The meatballs turned out very juicy and tasty - just the way we like them! Served with mashed potatoes for dinner and fed the whole family! I mixed the minced meat myself, I had more beef than pork, and I made it mixed. The only deviation from the recipe is that I added boiled rice to the minced meat. I just unexpectedly discovered that I had less meat than I needed. I had to improvise.

For lunch, for the main course, I decided to cook meatballs with gravy in a frying pan. I used mixed minced meat (beef and pork), instead of tomato I used homemade tomato juice. Since I was preparing horns as a side dish, I didn’t thicken the gravy with flour; I just added a little water from cooking the pasta. Otherwise, I did not deviate from the recipe. A wonderful everyday recipe: it’s quick, easy to cook, and it turns out very satisfying, tasty and juicy! Thank you Julia M!
