STEP 1

How to bake meat with vegetables in a sleeve? First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Vegetables can be whatever you like. You need to cut everything so that there is approximately the same time for all products to be ready. In this case, eggplants, onions, carrots, peppers, and celery are used. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.
STEP 2

Cut the eggplants into large pieces, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then rinse under running water, place in a colander, and squeeze well from the water. This will remove the bitterness from the eggplant.

Cut the tomato, celery, carrots, onions and peppers into large slices,

Place everything in a large bowl.
STEP 5

Cut the meat into pieces about 1 centimeter thick. If the meat is old, you can beat it off.
STEP 6

Season the vegetables with salt, soy sauce, add ground pepper and meat. Mix everything well.
STEP 7

Pour in sunflower oil.
STEP 8

Place the prepared mixture in a baking bag and pour the marinade there too.
STEP 9

Tie the bag and make several holes in it to allow steam to escape during baking. The bag will swell into a bubble when heated - this is normal. Bake vegetables at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Carefully cut the package with the prepared dish - a stream of hot steam will come out, try not to get burned. Serve immediately - the meat is simply melting, soaked in the aromas and tastes of all the ingredients, the vegetables are also very tasty.
