  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake meat with vegetables in a sleeve? First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Vegetables can be whatever you like. You need to cut everything so that there is approximately the same time for all products to be ready. In this case, eggplants, onions, carrots, peppers, and celery are used. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the eggplants into large pieces, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then rinse under running water, place in a colander, and squeeze well from the water. This will remove the bitterness from the eggplant.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cut the tomato, celery, carrots, onions and peppers into large slices,

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place everything in a large bowl.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Cut the meat into pieces about 1 centimeter thick. If the meat is old, you can beat it off.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Season the vegetables with salt, soy sauce, add ground pepper and meat. Mix everything well.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

    Pour in sunflower oil.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the prepared mixture in a baking bag and pour the marinade there too.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Tie the bag and make several holes in it to allow steam to escape during baking. The bag will swell into a bubble when heated - this is normal. Bake vegetables at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Your baking time and temperature may vary. You can read more about the operating features of ovens in the article about ovens. The link is at the end of the recipe.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Carefully cut the package with the prepared dish - a stream of hot steam will come out, try not to get burned. Serve immediately - the meat is simply melting, soaked in the aromas and tastes of all the ingredients, the vegetables are also very tasty.

I like the second one in the sleeve for its ease of preparation. We are talking about meat with vegetables in the sleeve, which I stewed in the oven today. And in this case, the oven and sleeve did everything for me. From vegetables, I took carrots, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and added potatoes of my own to make the dish satisfying. I didn’t have any eggplant or celery stalks, so I didn’t add them. Beef was replaced with lean pork. I chopped the meat and vegetables, added black and red pepper for spiciness, soy sauce for piquancy, as well as salt and vegetable oil, mixed and placed in a baking bag (used it instead of a sleeve), and also added the juice formed during stirring. In order for steam to escape from the bag, I pierced it with a toothpick in several places. I stewed the meat and vegetables in the oven for about 1 hour. During this time, the meat became soft, the vegetables became tender and aromatic. Everything looked very tasty! Without adding any water or broth, the result was a very juicy and tasty dish. Thank you so much for the recipe!
