Meat puff strudel with milk
So tasty and satisfying that once you try it you will want more! A very tasty and satisfying meat strudel is perfect for a festive lunch, a hearty breakfast and a cozy family dinner. This dish is very convenient, as it does not require much effort when preparing. In addition, ordinary puff pastry is an excellent substitute for yeast-free stretch pastry. Any meat minced meat is also suitable, but for my taste, beef is better. The result is a fragrant, satisfying and incredibly tasty meat strudel.

Ingredients for making meat strudel

Peel the loaf from the crust
STEP 3

Soak bread crumb in milk
STEP 4

Add 1 egg to the minced meat.
STEP 5

Bun with milk and mix everything
STEP 6

Add salt, you can add your favorite spices, and mix again
STEP 7

Roll out the dough into a large thin layer
STEP 8

Place the prepared minced meat on the dough sheet in an even layer.
STEP 9

Roll up
STEP 10

Pinch the edges and seams of the roll
STEP 11

Place the strudel on a greased baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with beaten egg. Place in the oven for approximately 2 hours. Bake for the first 40 minutes at 180 degrees, then increase the temperature to 200-220 degrees and finish baking the roll.
STEP 12

Remove the finished strudel and cool slightly.
STEP 13

Cut into portions and serve.
