STEP 1
How to make mascarpone cream with cream? Prepare your food. To prepare the cream, use cream with the highest fat content, at least 33%. If the fat content of the cream is less than specified, it will not whip and the cream will be liquid. The cream should be well chilled. You can prepare the powdered sugar yourself. To do this, you can use a stationary blender or coffee grinder. Mascarpone cheese should also be cooled
STEP 2
Prepare a deep mixing bowl. This is necessary to prevent splashes from the cream.
STEP 3
Add the prepared powdered sugar to the cream and turn on the mixer at low speed so that the powdered sugar has time to dissolve in the cream.
STEP 4
Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Stop whipping as soon as the cream begins to thicken.
STEP 5
Add mascarpone to the bowl. Turn on the mixer at low speed, just until the cheese is mixed with the cream. No need to beat. Why shouldn't you beat it? Mascarpone cheese has a very high fat content. As you whisk, the liquid will begin to separate and everything will turn into butter.
STEP 6
Stir the finished cream a little more using a silicone spatula so that it acquires a more uniform structure.
STEP 7
This cream is very tasty and tender. It holds its shape perfectly. It can be used for layering sponge cakes and for assembling a cake.
STEP 8
It will also saturate honey, open cakes well when preparing a number cake. I do not use this cream to level the outer surface of the cake, as it is too heavy for this. But they can be used to make caps on cupcakes or fill custard pies. It always looks very beautiful. Use the finished cream for its intended purpose!
