STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare marshmallow mousse with strawberries and wild strawberries, we will need: vanilla marshmallows (you can also use strawberry), strawberries (fresh or frozen, I used frozen), heavy whipping cream (33-35% fat), water, sugar and strawberries.
STEP 2

Wash the strawberries, dry them, remove the stems. Cut the berries into small pieces. If the strawberries are frozen, then defrost them first and save the juice that is released.

Leave a few strawberries for decoration, add the rest to the marshmallow-cream mixture and mix.

Place marshmallow mousse into bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Before serving, decorate the mousse with the remaining strawberries, marshmallow pieces and mint.
