I made marinated sweet tomatoes with allspice and garlic for the winter. The recipe is very simple and familiar, but it’s unusual without any greens at all). Therefore, I added a young raspberry leaf and a small coriander umbrella. My garlic is homemade, fragrant and hot, it does not change color after rolling. Allspice gives a non-intrusive piquancy. Before adding tomatoes, I washed the jars with soda and sterilized them over steam. I always boil the lids twice. The brine turned out sweet, a good dose of vinegar, I think the tomatoes will turn out very tasty!
