STEP 1

How to prepare marinated sweet tomatoes with allspice and garlic? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose small, ripe tomatoes to fill the jar as tightly as possible. You can add herbs to your taste by placing them at the bottom of the jar. Additional ingredients include slices of sweet bell pepper, pieces of onion, neat slices of carrots, as well as mustard seeds and clove buds.
STEP 2

The quantity of these products is calculated for one liter jar. Rinse the glass jar thoroughly with baking soda and pour boiling water over it, including the neck. STEP 3

STEP 5

Drain the tomatoes into a saucepan using a special lid with holes. Add granulated sugar, salt and vinegar to the water. Bring to a boil and re-pour the boiling marinade over the tomatoes. Cover with a sterile lid and seal tightly.
STEP 6

Turn the hermetically sealed can of tomatoes over, wrap it in something warm, such as a blanket, blanket or woolen scarf, and leave it like that until it cools completely. Happy harvesting!
