Marinated row mushrooms

My favorite recipe for pickling rows. Nature gives us a lot of good and tasty things. In particular, wild mushrooms, which everyone in my family loves very much. From a wide variety of mushrooms for pickling, I choose rows of mushrooms (nigella, chickweed), the recipe of which I want to share with you.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat. Drain the mushrooms in a colander, rinse well with water again, place in a saucepan and add water intended for marinade.
