Marinated chicken kupaty over the fire
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare this recipe you need to prepare kupaty from minced chicken. For the first kupata, do this: tie the end of the intestine and fill it tightly with 100 g of minced meat, and tie the intestine again. You can use a thread, but it is better to tie the intestine tightly with two knots in a row. This way it will be more convenient to separate the kupats for baking, and the minced meat will not fall out. Well, and so on, collect the kupats one by one. But you can also purchase ready-made baths.
STEP 2
Preparing the marinade should begin by mixing the spices in the oil.
STEP 3
Next, fill the bowl of kupats with beer and vinegar, after separating them and making several punctures in the intestines of each kupat with a toothpick. This way they will quickly and thoroughly soak in the marinade. Let the kupats stand in beer and seasonings in oil separately for several minutes.
STEP 4
When the oil is saturated with spices, and the beer and vinegar have cleared the way for the spices to enter the bath, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. Now you need to place the kupats in the marinade in the refrigerator for 3 hours to soak.
STEP 5
The cold part is coming to an end, it's time to start the hot part. Light the wood and start cooking the coals like you would for a barbecue. Shortly before the coals come up, prepare a couple of small logs on top of the coals. They are needed to burn the kupats with an open fire to obtain a golden brown crust.
STEP 6
Everything is ready, it's time to bake.
STEP 7
Place the kupats in a special grill grid or build a grid of skewers and place them on the coals.
STEP 8
Cook for 15 minutes, turning the kupats every couple of minutes.
STEP 9
If a fire flares up, put it out with marinade and pour over the kupaty.
STEP 10
Before removing the kupaty, turn up the heat and achieve a golden brown crust to your taste! Don’t be afraid to bake the crust well - only the intestine and, where the intestine has burst, a little minced meat will be fried by the crust. Thus, in addition to the fact that the crust will be delicious, the intestine will burst on your teeth! :)
STEP 11
Kupaty are ready! You can put out the fire and remove the juicy spicy kupaty with an appetizing crust for serving. Bon appetit!
