I made fluffy pancakes with yeast and milk for lunch today. In 350 g of warm milk, dissolved sugar, dry yeast, half a glass of flour, mixed and put in a warm place for 10 minutes. Then I added salt, vegetable oil and an egg to the dough. Gradually introduced 1.5 cups of flour. The dough turned out smooth and homogeneous. The consistency is like thick sour cream. I put it in a warm oven for 40 minutes. It fit well there, filling a 1.5 liter saucepan almost to the top. More and more air bubbles appeared on the surface. I didn’t stir the dough any more and immediately started preparing the pancakes. I put the dough on a heated frying pan with a small ladle, which is very convenient, since its volume is just enough for one piece. They fried very quickly, and soon I had a whole dish of ready-made pancakes - soft, aromatic and delicious! I always prefer yeast pancakes for their excellent taste! Of course, they take more time to prepare because you have to wait for the dough to rise. But for the sake of such deliciousness, I’m ready to endure! I served the pancakes with condensed milk and apple jam. Condensed milk added sweetness and a pleasant creamy taste, apple sourness perfectly set off the taste of the pancakes and added piquancy. Good recipe, I make it all the time. If you add raisins, it’s a fairy tale. I always add a handful of soaked raisins.

Today I really wanted pancakes, but only in the evening for dinner I was able to fulfill my dream and now I’ve already eaten them, left them as mine (I didn’t fry them, when they arrive, I’ll fry them hot), I like them with honey and sour cream, but I also made jam different to choose from, whoever wants what.
