Defrost the dough. Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly fry the sliced sausages in it.

Then add chopped mushrooms and fry everything together.

Beat eggs with salt and spices, add finely grated cheese and pour the mixture into a frying pan. Cook until thickened, then sprinkle with chopped herbs and remove from heat. Let it cool down.

Turn on the oven at 220 degrees. Roll out the dough lengthwise, giving it the shape of a rectangle. It is better to do this directly on the baking sheet.

We cut along the edges into thick strips, leaving space in the middle for the filling.
STEP 7
Spread the mixture from the frying pan onto the dough.
STEP 8
Close the dough with stripes, weaving a pigtail.
STEP 9
Place the finished pie on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and place in a hot oven for 15-17 minutes.
STEP 10
Once the cake is baked until golden brown, remove it from the oven and cool slightly.
STEP 11
Then cut into pieces and serve.
