Thank you very much for the recipe. I didn’t think that such an unusual tart would turn out, but I didn’t want to bake the cake in advance and placed everything at the same time in a tall pan. After 20 minutes it set a little and I transferred it to a low pizza tray, brushed it with yolk and voila and baked until done. I really liked it

The recipe is just great! It’s simple and very inexpensive, and most importantly, you can eat it safely if you’re on a diet (well, within reason, of course). It’s very good that in the book you can see the calorie content of dishes, otherwise I’m on a diet now and this is important for me, as well as for most of my friends. I will definitely share the link to the cookbook with them.

To be honest, leeks are an unusual product for our area, but I saw them on sale, I just didn’t know what could be made from them. Now I will definitely try to bake such a pie, especially since it looks very appetizing.

Very tasty pie! Only when preparing it did I add a little sugar to the onions while frying. It turned out a little sweet and elastic. And I put pieces of butter inside the pie. (let those who lose weight kill me!)
