Liver pies made from batter

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to bake liver pies from batter? The dough for pies is very easy to make. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand for 10 minutes, then add salt, flour, stir well. You may need more or less flour. Focus on the desired consistency of the dough. After 45 minutes the dough is ready. But I personally advise you to stir the dough again after 20 minutes. The dough turns out to be very liquid, a little thicker than dough.
STEP 2

Grind the liver in a meat grinder with a large wire rack.
STEP 3

Then simmer the minced meat for 20-25 minutes in a deep frying pan until cooked. Salt and pepper. Then add 300 grams of onion minced in a meat grinder to the hot minced meat. There is no need to stew the onions with minced meat. That's the point. Just quickly stir the onion with the hot minced meat and leave the filling to cool.
STEP 4

And then the hardest part begins. Because making such pies without the skill is not an easy task.
STEP 5

First you need to heat the oil for deep frying. Lots of oil. It’s best to do it directly in the pan. Then grease the table well with oil. You can pour oil into a bowl - it will be convenient to lubricate your hands. Literally dip your palms in the oil and then pinch off pieces of dough. After this, wash your hands again (!) and wipe them dry. Grease with oil again. Place a piece of dough on your palm, flatten it into a flat cake. Use a spoon to spread the filling and spread it a little along the length of the pie.
STEP 6

Then simply roll up the dough from one edge. Quickly lower the resulting pie into the deep fryer. Wet your hands again with oil and repeat the process. You need to make pies quickly.
