STEP 1
How to make beef stroganoff from liver with sour cream? Prepare your ingredients.
STEP 2
Combine sour cream with tomato paste and mix.
STEP 3
Wash the liver, dry it and cut it into small cubes.
STEP 4
Place the sour cream and tomato mixture in a frying pan and pour in the milk. Simmer over low heat until desired consistency.
STEP 5
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the liver in it for 5-7 minutes with constant stirring.
STEP 6
Do not add salt to the liver while frying, as it will lose its softness.
STEP 7
As soon as the liver is browned, pour in the tomato-sour cream sauce.
STEP 8
Add salt, pepper and stir. Simmer the liver in sour cream and tomato sauce for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
