Wash the mushrooms and dry. Separate the dill into small sprigs. Cut the garlic into slices.
STEP 2
Place mushrooms, garlic, and dill in layers in a clean jar. Repeat layers up to the neck of the jar.
STEP 3
Place a few black peppercorns on top.
STEP 4
BRINE: Dissolve salt in water.
STEP 5
Pour the brine over the mushrooms.
STEP 6
Cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for a day.
STEP 7
Serve champignons with onions and vegetable oil, garnish with parsley sprigs. Bon appetit!
