Just recently I discovered a type of legume called lentils. And then I found a new recipe on the site: lentil puree! And I immediately decided to cook it. I had red lentils, which I filled with water and set to cook. I brought it to a boil, skimmed off the foam, added salt, lowered the heat and cooked until done. I didn’t even have to use a blender. The lentils were cooked perfectly. Added butter and stirred. Fast, simple, nutritious, healthy and very tasty 👍👍The recipe is wonderful, I recommend it for cooking and thank you very much to the author for such a great idea!
