First of all, we prepare the fruit: peel the apple and cut it into slices.
STEP 3

Wash the raisins and pour boiling water over them
STEP 4

Place sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon into a bowl. Add water and stir until the sugar dissolves.
STEP 5

Add vegetable oil and stir again
STEP 6

Lastly, add the flour and baking powder, bit by bit.
STEP 7

Stir so that there are no lumps. It turns out to be dough.
STEP 8

Sprinkle the fruits with starch, this is necessary so that they are better distributed in the pie. Add the fruit to the dough and mix.
STEP 9

Pour the dough with fruit into the multicooker bowl.
STEP 10

Set the "Baking" program for 1 hour. Let the multicooker run the program and check the readiness of the pie with a wooden stick. If we see that the dough sticks to the stick, the pie is not ready. It is better to continue baking, i.e. reset the program for another 20-30 minutes.
STEP 11

If the stick is dry, remove the finished pie and let it cool slightly.
STEP 12

Sprinkle the pie with powdered sugar and cut into portions.
STEP 13

We brew tea with mint and spend a pleasant evening chatting and drinking tea.
