So we make the first shortbread dough. Take cold butter and cut it into flour and sugar, rub it with your hands, add the yolks. Mix the dough.

Wrap the dough in film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Let's prepare the ingredients for the almond dough. Almonds can be replaced with any ground nut.

Beat the whites until stiff and set them aside.

Beat soft butter with powdered sugar until white.
STEP 6

Add yolks, flour, starch and ground almonds. Next, add the whipped whites in parts. And mix gently.
STEP 7

Let's take out the dough. We take 3/4. And roll it out on paper through film. In the layer Approximately size 39 by 30.

Now spread the layer with jam.
STEP 9

Spread the almond dough on top.
STEP 10

Roll out the rest of the dough into a layer and divide it into strips. We place these strips on top of the dough diagonally. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees by 25-30 cm.
