Lean broccoli with vegetable oil in a slow cooker

STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients: the cabbage heads should be firm and dense - choose carefully. Before cooking, rinse the head of cabbage under running water and remove damaged leaves or leaf edges. When using a frozen product, defrosting is not required.
STEP 2

I took frozen broccoli. If you use a fresh head of cabbage, separate it into inflorescences.
STEP 3

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and place the cabbage in a container.
STEP 4

Add butter.
STEP 5

Salt and pepper to our taste. I added dry spices - ground black pepper, curry, paprika and herbs. Pour in water.
STEP 6

To cook broccoli in a multicooker, use the “Buckwheat” or “Pilaf” mode. It is also possible to use any other suitable program that works automatically. When using this mode, the cooking time depends only on the amount of liquid added.
STEP 7

You can also use the “Baking” or “Roasting” modes. In this case, the broccoli will have a slightly different consistency. As a rule, after a quarter of an hour the broccoli will be ready.
