The other day I made these lazy pancakes with eggs and green onions. The recipe attracted me with its simplicity. I prepared the eggs and green onions in advance, so the cooking process did not take much time, and I was very pleased with the result. I prepared the dough for 2 eggs, the calculator automatically recalculated the amount of other ingredients, which, of course, is very convenient))) I made the first half of the dough according to the recipe. The results were very tasty, aromatic, soft fried pies. In my opinion, they still look more like pancakes. And then I added grated hard cheese and ground black pepper to the dough. As a result, we got completely different pancakes, not so fluffy, but very tasty, with a pronounced cheese taste. Hard cheese complemented this dish very well. I liked the recipe for pancakes better. They are softer and fluffier. And for my family - pancakes with the addition of hard cheese. The photo shows that the pancakes are different. Pancakes according to the recipe - in the top photo (without green onions in the frame). So I experimented a little, and it turned out to be another very tasty dish))) Many thanks to the author for such an excellent simple recipe. I will definitely cook again!!! Next time I'll add more onions and eggs. Here is my photo report)))
