Hello! I’ve been eyeing the recipe “Lazy minced brizoli” for several days now. Today I decided to make it for dinner, but I started preparing it in the afternoon: I baked egg pancakes. I have a frying pan 26 cm in diameter, so I increased the amount of ingredients. I made pancakes for 7 eggs. I got 5 large pancakes. Divided 500 g of minced meat into 5 servings, grated cheese on top of the minced meat and sprinkled with oregano. I wrapped it and left it in the refrigerator until the evening. In the evening I set it to prepare mashed potatoes and put the brizoli in the oven. My oven only operates in convection mode, so I covered the top with a Teflon mat to prevent the brizoli from drying out. The very fragrant, golden-brown brizolchiki were ready in half an hour. The cheese had melted and the filling inside was juicy. And the very combination of baked meat and cheese is very tasty. Despite the fact that it turned out to be 5 rolls, there was enough for everyone. This is quite a filling dish. And the serving itself in the form of egg rolls is very unusual, because... Everyone was already tired of regular cutlets, meatballs, the new recipe turned out to be just in time. Yulia, thank you very much for the recipe for such a delicious dish!

Today I posted a report on the recipe “Shchi from fresh cabbage with pork” and saw delicious photos of Maria Slakvenko’s brizols. I also wanted to cook this dish, especially since I had fresh homemade minced meat on hand. I really liked the egg pancakes with juicy meat filling. I think not only hot, the brizoli will be just as good tomorrow morning. Thank you, Julia for the recipe!

Julia, hello! Temptingly delicious pancakes, who doesn’t love them! Yulechka, don’t you grease or cover the top of the pancakes with anything?
