When there is lavash, there are no problems with snacking))). This time I prepared lavash envelopes with cheese. I grated a piece of my favorite cheese, added dill, sour cream with mayonnaise, and black pepper. I put the filling on strips of pita bread, rolled the envelopes and fried them in vegetable oil on both sides. The envelopes turned out to have a crispy crust, and inside there was the most delicate filling of melted cheese with herbs, very juicy due to the addition of sour cream and mayonnaise.
