Kutaby with spinach and herbs in a frying pan

This delicious flatbread will be on your menu for a long time! Kutabe, or kutaby recipe is somewhat similar to chebureks. That is, it is a dish made from dough with different fillings. They are fried in a frying pan with oil on both sides. The filling can be anything: meat, herbs, cheese, vegetables.

I don’t quite understand what the charm of this dish is... After all, if you fry the dough, which consists of only water, it will be hard and taste terrible. Cheburechnoye, in contrast, is crispy and tender. It’s just easier to prepare, but it’s worth Is that it?.. Or maybe I don’t understand something...

For chebureks I prepare dough from flour, water and vegetable oil) The edge is then crispy, but not hard, like from dough with egg. But regarding lubrication with butter, this is overkill. They usually grease products baked in a DRY frying pan. The impression is that the recipe was written by hearsay...

I don’t know why you, Annelly, think this dough tastes terrible. I personally often cook chebureks with this dough, only I use very warm water. The results are delicious, crispy chebureks. Ilga, You made very tasty kutabe.
