Beat the butter with a mixer.

Add powdered sugar. Beat again.

Break the egg into a bowl and mix with a fork.
STEP 5

Pour in half the egg. Add the flour all at once and mix with a mixer at low speed. If you get bread crumbs, mix the dough with your hands to form a smooth ball. Do not pour out the remaining eggs until you have tried setting the first cookie. If the mixture is too stiff, transfer the dough back to the mixing bowl and add a little more eggs.
STEP 6

Pour in the remaining egg and mix - the dough should be very soft and pliable, otherwise it will be impossible to remove it from the pastry bag.
STEP 7

Transfer the dough into a pastry bag and use a wide star tip. Place cookies on a baking sheet in a checkerboard pattern. Using a wet finger, make small indentations in the center of each cookie. Using a teaspoon, carefully place apricot jam into them and place in an oven preheated to 220 ° C for 10 minutes.
STEP 8

Instead of apricot jam/confiture, you can take any other jam or even jam. If the consistency seems runny to you, just mix a teaspoon of jam with ¼ tsp. starch. Bon appetit!
