I saw a very unusual name for pickled cabbage on the website. And I started preparing the Kremlin cabbage snack) To be honest, I didn’t want to cut everything by hand. I decided to use the new shredder in a meat grinder for the first time. She grated the carrots and beets into the thinnest slices. And the cabbage is like a thin web. I left everything like that, I think it looks interesting. I cooked twice as much brine. There are no spices in the recipe at all, but I still put one bay leaf on the container. One more thing: I know that using beets will turn the entire appetizer bright pink. I wanted to change the color a little so I washed the grated beets. As a result, the snack turned out to be a soft pink color. We liked both the color and taste! After two days in the refrigerator, the vegetables became crispy and very tasty! I’ll warn you right away that the recipe contains a lot of sugar; if you don’t like sweet cabbage, then reduce the amount to your taste.

Hi Natasha ! That’s right, all my life I’ve been preparing this world-class crispy snack, but I didn’t even know that it was Khryapa, and even Kremlin’s, I always thought that the recipe was for the People, but as you can see, Russian traditions are held in high esteem there too! That's great.. Thank you, I'll know
