Pour four tablespoons of vegetable oil into a bowl.

Mix well with a whisk and dissolve the salt in the water.

Pour eight hundred and fifty grams of sifted flour into a bowl in parts and brew the dough while stirring.

Add flour to a bowl and mix the dough with a whisk.

Pour a little flour onto the table, lay out the dough and knead it thoroughly with your hands for about ten minutes.

Place the dough in a bag for at least thirty minutes.

Place six hundred and fifty grams of cooked minced meat in a large bowl.

Very finely chop one onion.

Place the chopped onions in a bowl with minced meat and add cumin to taste.
