Ketchup and mayonnaise sauce with garlic

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make sauce from ketchup and mayonnaise? First, prepare the necessary ingredients. For the base, you can use any mayonnaise and ketchup of your choice, store-bought or homemade. Instead of ketchup, you can use tomato paste, but then you will need to add salt, paprika and other spices to taste.
STEP 2
Combine mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl. I recommend using at least homemade mayonnaise. Your ketchup can be sweet or spicy, it’s up to you to choose.
STEP 3
Add all the spices. Mix the resulting mixture well until all the spices are dispersed. You should get a pink mass. Usually mayonnaise and ketchup contain enough salt and other spices in their composition. But it’s better to taste the sauce and, if necessary, add everything you need. If you want a smoother mixture, add garlic powder instead of garlic. This is exactly what I do.
STEP 4
The simplest sauce of ketchup and mayonnaise with garlic is ready. It can be used for any sandwiches, such as burgers. And also serve with meat dishes, pasta, and vegetables. You can coat the pizza with it before adding the toppings. It is also good to add to meatballs when baking. Well, or just spread it on bread. (:
