Kefir pancakes without eggs
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make lins on kefir without eggs? Prepare all the indicated ingredients. You can take any kefir, I take 1%. It is better to take it out of the refrigerator first so that all the ingredients do not differ much in temperature from each other. Sift the flour first. Turn on the water to boil. You will learn various subtleties of preparing pancakes from the article at the end of this recipe.
STEP 2
Pour the sifted flour into a deep bowl, add kefir, salt, sugar and soda. Mix everything thoroughly so that the dough is homogeneous without lumps. It is better not to add any more sugar so that the pancakes do not burn during frying. You may need less or more flour, check the consistency of the dough. Read about the properties of flour and the use of soda in baking in separate articles at the end of the recipe.
STEP 3
Quickly pour boiling water into the dough in a thin stream and stir. You will get a liquid dough. From this dough I got thick pancakes; to get thinner ones I added about 50 ml of hot water. The consistency of the dough will depend on the kefir you choose.
STEP 4
Pour vegetable oil into the dough and mix. Leave the dough to stand for fifteen to twenty minutes, stir again and you can start frying the pancakes. During this time, the flour will give its stickiness to the dough, and all the ingredients will really mix well.
STEP 5
To fry simple and tasty pancakes without eggs with kefir, it is better to use a frying pan specially designed for this; it is important that only pancakes are fried in this frying pan. Place it on the fire and heat it up very high. Grease the bottom of the frying pan with vegetable oil and pour the dough onto it, distributing it evenly over the entire area of the frying pan. Fry pancakes on both sides. How to choose a frying pan, read the article at the end of this recipe.
STEP 6
Coat the finished pancakes with kefir and boiling water with butter so that they do not stick together. Kefir pancakes without eggs turn out delicate, thin and tasty. They do not tear and can be used for wrapping fillings in them. They will go perfectly with both sweet fillings - jam, jam, condensed milk, and savory ones - cheese, fish or ham.
