You will need fresh milk, kefir and a slow cooker)
STEP 2

Bring two liters of milk to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and cool to 40 degrees. You can boil in a slow cooker, or you can boil on the stove in a saucepan, as is convenient.

STEP 4

Pour kefir into the prepared (that is, cooled) milk and stir thoroughly with a spoon. We put the bowl in the multicooker, if there is a “multi-cooker” program, set the temperature to 40 degrees and the time is 7 hours, close the lid of the multicooker and wait for the kefir) If there is no this program, set the heating or yogurt mode, the time is 7 hours, close the lid and also wait)) )
STEP 5

After 7 hours, our kefir is ready. It is thick and very fragrant)
STEP 6

You can simply stir with a spoon, or you can use a blender to turn it into a homogeneous mass)
STEP 7
