Julienne with mushrooms in tartlets in the oven

STEP 1

How to make julienne with mushrooms in tartlets? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Forest mushrooms can be used. If they are frozen, defrost them at room temperature and squeeze out any excess water. In this case, take more mushrooms by weight. Take odorless vegetable oil.
STEP 2

Wash the pre-peeled onions and cut into small cubes.

Wash the champignons and dry well. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
STEP 4

Heat vegetable oil in a suitable sized frying pan. Over medium heat, fry the prepared onions for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use oil with a high smoke point for frying, that is, any refined vegetable oil.
STEP 5

Place mushrooms in the pan. Fry the mushrooms over moderate heat until the moisture has evaporated. Remember to stir the mushrooms so they cook evenly. Salt the mushrooms and stir. You can add any spices to your taste.

Sprinkle the mushrooms with flour to thicken the julienne, mix well. Fry mushrooms with flour over medium heat for 1 minute.

Add sour cream to the pan and stir.
STEP 8

Cook the julienne over low heat for a couple more minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Place the filling in a separate cup to cool slightly.

Grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater.
STEP 10

Fill the tartlets with mushroom julienne.

Top each tartlet generously with grated cheese. You can also garnish with fried champignon slices.

To ensure that the oven has time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking). Bake the julienne tartlets in an oven preheated to 180C for about 20 minutes until the cheese melts. Cooking time will depend on the operating characteristics of the oven, so it may differ from that indicated in the recipe.
